What a consultation looks like

You share your account, your goals, your problems. I dig in. I check keyword match, account structure, audience setup, conversion tracking, landing pages, ad copy. I ask hard questions. Then I give you a report and recommendations. Some you’ll do. Some you might outsource. But you’ll know exactly what to fix.

Honest first

I’ll tell you if your ads are fine and you don’t need changes. I’ll tell you if tracking is broken and that’s why you think spend is wasted. I’ll tell you if an agency is doing a decent job. I won’t recommend a big overhaul if a small fix works.

When to engage

Monthly fractional consulting starts from £300 per month, with scope adjusted on a call. One-off audits or strategy calls are quoted after we talk. We work month-to-month. No contracts, no minimums beyond the first engagement.

Will you tell me my agency is doing a bad job?

I’ll tell you the truth. If they’re underperforming, I’ll say so. If they’re solid, I’ll say that too. You need honest intel, not flattery.

Can you advise on Google Ads in Kingsbridge even though you're not local?

Yes. I’m UK-wide and remote. Location doesn’t affect the quality of Google Ads strategy. What matters is your market, your competitors, and your conversion data.

What if I need hands-on work, not just advice?

Then managed accounts are better for you. But we can also blend: strategic guidance from me, hands-on execution either you or someone else. Your call.

How long does an audit take?

Depends on account complexity. Usually 2–4 hours of my time. I’ll tell you upfront. Then you get a report and a debrief call.

What if I disagree with your recommendations?

You don’t have to follow them. The idea is you have a senior view, then you decide. Sometimes ‘do nothing’ is the right call.

Can we work ongoing, or is it one-off?

Both. One-off audit, or monthly fractional. Ongoing means I check in regularly, spot new issues, stay on top of market changes.
