An audit answers one question: where's the money leaking?

You run Google Ads. Some spend converts. Some doesn’t. Most businesses don’t know the difference. Campaigns drift. Keywords lose intent. Conversion tracking breaks silently. Bid strategies run on auto-pilot.

An audit stops the drift. One forensic pass through your account, findings delivered in writing, and a call to discuss next steps. No sales pitch. No obligation to hire me after.

Most Stapleford businesses could cut waste by 15–30% without losing sales.

That’s not invention—it’s pattern. After twelve years and £2M+ managed, I spot the gaps fast.

An audit typically covers

Who audits matter most for

You’ve been running ads for months or years, and performance feels flat. Or you just hired a new agency and want a reality check. Or you’re inheriting someone else’s account. Or you’re about to scale spend and want to know what breaks first. Any of those: audit first.

The audit process

  1. Share accessRead-only Google Ads access. Takes two minutes to set up.
  2. Deep diveI review structure, keywords, targeting, tracking, creative, landing pages. Typically 4–6 hours of analysis.
  3. ReportWritten findings with priorities, findings, and reasoning. Delivered within 5–7 working days.
  4. Call30–45 minute discussion. I’ll answer questions and advise on next steps—management, hiring someone, or DIY fixes.

No obligation. No follow-up sales.

You get the audit, you get the call, and then you decide what to do. I’m not hired unless you ask.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a PPC audit cost?

I’ll quote after our initial call—depends on account size and complexity. No surprises.

What if I just want someone to look at one campaign, not the whole account?

That’s fine. I can scope it narrowly. We’ll discuss on the call and I’ll quote what makes sense.

Do you audit for Stapleford-based businesses only?

No, I’m UK-wide. Audit any account, anywhere. Local or national campaigns—same rigour.

How long does an audit take?

The review itself is typically 4–6 hours of analysis. Report delivery is 5–7 working days. Call is 30–45 minutes.

What if I find out my ads are fine?

Then the audit tells you that, and you can spend on other things. Sometimes the honest answer is ‘don’t fix what’s working.’

Can you audit if I use a different platform (Bing, Meta, etc.)?

I specialise in Google Ads. Bing I can review, but if you need a multi-platform audit, I’ll recommend someone who does that better.
