Then I decide: do I need a deep audit (fixed price, billed separately, invitation to talk after) or is ongoing fractional work better? Some clients want a monthly check-in; others want me to run specific campaigns while their agency handles the rest.
If your current operator’s doing good work, I’ll say so. If they’re losing you money, I’ll show you the numbers. Either way, you get honest feedback — not a pitch to hire me full-time.
