You call. We scope the work on a call. I quote you a flat fee or hourly rate for the specific job. You pay on completion, not per month.

The model is flexible because your needs change. Sometimes you need just one conversation. Sometimes you need monthly check-ins for three months, then nothing for six.

Why a freelance consultant beats internal debate

When everyone in your team has a stake in the decision, nobody wants to admit the strategy’s broken. A consultant has no ego in the game. I’ll tell you if your ads are actually fine and you should leave them alone. I’ll also tell you if you’re hemorrhaging money on the wrong audience.

How much does consultation cost?

Quote on a call. It depends on the scope. A single strategy call might be £300–£500. A full account audit + strategic roadmap might be £800–£1,500. I’ll scope it clearly before you commit.

Can you handle ecommerce, trades, or my niche?

I specialize in ecommerce and home services/trades. If your business is one of those, great. If not, I can probably still help — but you might be better matched with a generalist consultant.

What if I don't like your advice?

That’s fine. I’m advisory, not mandatory. I’ll give you my honest take, backed by 12 years of data. You decide what to do with it.

Can I book ongoing consultation?

Yes. Many clients book a monthly two-hour block to brainstorm, review performance, and plan next month’s tests. It’s month-to-month; you can pause or stop anytime.

Do you help with implementation?

I advise. I don’t implement unless we’re in a full management contract (the PPC agency service). But I’ll walk you through changes or recommend someone who can build it for you.
