The Role of a Senior PPC Advisor

Not everyone needs to hand over their entire account. Some businesses have an in-house marketer, a junior agency, or a freelancer already running ads — but want a senior strategist to step in periodically, challenge decisions, and make sure they’re not leaving money on the table.

How I Work with You

The Honest Truth

Most in-house and junior-agency Google Ads work is safe but uninspired. Conservative bids, old keyword lists, no testing. It’s not broken — it’s just leaving 20–40% on the table. A senior advisor spots that quickly.

Why You Might Need This

If your current manager is doing okay but you’re not sure whether you should be doing better, you’re right to question it. If you’re in trades, home services, or ecommerce — niches with real competitive pressure — a quarterly strategy session and ongoing accountability can make the difference between profitable ads and great ads.

Frequently asked questions

Does this work if I'm in Devon or Chudleigh specifically?

Completely. I’m UK-wide remote. If you’re in Chudleigh, Newton Abbot, Exeter, or anywhere in Devon, I can review your account, understand your local market, and advise accordingly.

How much does advisory cost?

From £300/month, depending on scope. If you want a monthly 4-hour review, that’s one price point. If it’s quarterly or project-based, we’ll quote on a call after understanding your needs.

Do I have to change everything based on your advice?

No. I’m here to advise and challenge. You decide what to implement. My job is to flag risks, spot opportunities, and make sure you’re thinking strategically.

What if my current manager gets defensive?

That’s fair feedback. A good manager welcomes external eyes because it helps them too. If they don’t, that’s information.

Can you help me hire someone better?

Yes. I can review candidate portfolios, interview someone with you, or help define what ‘good’ looks like for your account before you bring someone in.

Is this better than handing over my account?

Different. If you want someone to handle everything, full management is better. If you want to stay involved but get senior guidance, advisory is the fit.
