When you need expert eyes on your ads

You’ve got someone running your Google Ads. They might be an agency, a freelancer, or an in-house team. But something feels off. Spend’s high, results are mediocre, or you’re just not sure they know what they’re doing. That’s where I come in. I’m a second opinion—a senior strategist who’ll review your account, tell you exactly what’s working and what’s not, and give you clear recommendations.

Honest enough to tell you your ads are fine

I’ve reviewed hundreds of accounts. Some are genuinely well-run. If that’s yours, I’ll say so. I won’t invent problems to justify a sale. I’m here to give you the truth so you can make an informed decision about whether to keep your current setup, change direction, or bring me in for ongoing management.

What I review

How fractional oversight works

You keep your current manager. I work alongside them or review their work independently—whatever you prefer. We might set up a monthly strategy call, I’ll audit performance quarterly, or I’ll be available for tactical guidance when you need it. It’s flexible. From £300/month, I can tailor an arrangement that fits your needs.

Why choose a senior reviewer

12 years in Google Ads. £2M+ in ad spend managed. I specialise in ecommerce and home services—the niches where Google Ads either print money or burn it, depending on setup. I’ve seen every mistake in the book, and I know how to spot opportunities other people miss.

When to bring me in for full management

If my audit finds major problems and you want ongoing optimisation, I offer the same done-for-you service I do for direct clients. Same fees, same senior-only approach, no juniors. Transition is smooth—I’ll take over from your current manager and handle everything.

Frequently asked questions

Does this work for agencies in Bury and Greater Manchester?

Absolutely. I work with agencies that want expert review of their own PPC work, or who want to bring me in as a second opinion for clients. I’m remote and UK-wide.

What's the difference between a consultant review and full management?

A consultant reviews, advises, and points you toward better decisions. Full management means I handle the account daily, making changes, testing, optimising. Consultant is oversight and strategy; management is execution.

How long does a full review take?

Depends on account size. A review of 5-10 campaigns usually takes 2-3 weeks of analysis. A large, complex account might take a month. I’ll give you a timeline upfront.

What if your review finds my current manager is doing a terrible job?

I’ll tell you. Honestly. And I’ll show you exactly what’s wrong and what needs to change. Then it’s your call—switch managers, give them the feedback, or bring me in full-time.

I'm worried about loyalty—won't my current manager be upset?

Good managers welcome scrutiny. If they’re defensive about a second opinion, that’s actually a red flag. You deserve to know if your ads are performing.

Can you review if I'm not spending much yet?

Yes. If you’re in early days, I can audit your setup, strategy, and targeting—all before you scale spend. That’s actually smart; get the foundations right first.
