What's the difference between consultant and agency mode?

Agency mode = I manage your campaigns, bidding, optimisation, everything ongoing. Consultant mode = I review your strategy, find problems, give recommendations, and you (or your team) execute. Pick consultant if you want guidance; pick agency if you want hands-off management.

How much does a consultation cost?

From £300 per month for a fractional retainer, or we quote one-off consulting based on scope. Message or call me with an overview of your situation, and I’ll give you an honest range after we talk about what you need.

Do I need one-off or ongoing retainer?

One-off if you want a snapshot review and a report to reference. Retainer if you want ongoing strategic guidance but are still running ads yourself (or keeping your current team). We can start with one-off and move to retainer later if it makes sense.

What if I'm in Eastbourne — does location matter?

No. I’m UK-wide and remote. However, Eastbourne is in a high-CPC market due to London competition. That actually makes expert strategy more valuable — every wasted click costs more to fix.

Will you recommend your own management service?

Only if it’s the best answer. Honest consultancy means sometimes I’ll say ‘keep your current setup and focus on these three fixes’ or ‘hire an agency that specialises in your niche.’ My job is to give you the right diagnosis, not to sell you into my services.

What format is the report?

Written summary with findings, context, and prioritised recommendations. We also do a consultation call to walk through it together and answer questions. You get the document to reference as you (or your team) execute.
