You might already have someone running your ads — an in-house team, a junior, or another agency. But you’re unsure if they’re doing it right. Or you’ve hit a plateau and need fresh thinking. Or you’re about to launch a new product line and want a strategic plan before you spend. That’s where a senior consultant comes in.

I start by asking questions, not telling you what to do. Every business is different — your margins, market, competitor landscape, and stage all matter. I give you the thinking and the roadmap, then you or your team execute. I’m not here to take over; I’m here to make sure you and your team are making smart moves.

Consultant, not vendor

I don’t have a tool to sell you or a retainer I’m desperate to lock in. I give you honest advice. Sometimes that’s ‘your current agency is fine’; sometimes it’s ‘here’s what to fix and how’.

Pricing

Consultancy is usually scoped per project — an audit, a strategy plan, a troubleshooting call. Quote depends on what you need. Rough anchor: ongoing fractional advisory at from £300/month for regular check-ins and guidance. Bigger scope projects are quoted on a call.

I'm in Howden or East Yorkshire — do you work with local businesses?

Yes. I’m UK-wide and fully remote. Location doesn’t matter; I work via Zoom, email, and screen-share.

Can you work with my existing in-house or agency team?

Absolutely. I’ve done this many times — it works best when everyone’s focused on the same goal.

How long does a typical engagement last?

Depends. A one-off audit and roadmap might be 2–4 weeks. Fractional advisory is usually month-to-month. We agree upfront what we’re solving for.

What if I disagree with your recommendation?

Then we talk it through. My job is to give you the best thinking I can; your job is to decide if you want to act on it. No hard feelings either way.

Can you help me interview or evaluate another agency?

Yes. I can review their proposal, assess their thinking, and tell you what red flags to watch for.

Do you offer guarantees or performance contracts?

No. I can’t promise specific results because so much is outside my control — your product, market, messaging, economics. I can promise rigorous thinking and honest advice.
