How is fractional advisory different from full management?

I’m not running your campaigns day-to-day. I review, advise, and help you (or your team) make better decisions. You stay in control.

Do you work with Brixham-based businesses?

Yes, remote. I work across Devon and the UK. It doesn’t matter where you’re based; if your margins work and you’re serious about learning, we can work together.

What's the minimum commitment?

One audit or review is typically £300–£500 (quote after we talk). If you want ongoing fractional advice, we can discuss a monthly retainer. No long lock-in.

Can you help me hire a PPC manager?

Yes. I’ll help you brief a candidate, audit their experience, and onboard them properly. I can also review their work for the first few months.

Should I hire someone full-time or work with you fractional?

Depends on your ad spend. Under £5,000/month, fractional makes sense. Above that, a dedicated person (junior or full-time contractor) plus my input might be cheaper. Let’s talk numbers on a call.

What if your advice reveals something major that needs fixing?

I’ll help you plan it. If you want me to implement, we can shift to full management. Or you can handle it yourself with my coaching. Your call.
