What's the difference between hiring an agency and hiring you as a consultant?

An agency sells ongoing management—they’re your account manager and they execute. I sell strategic thinking. I’ll audit your account, advise, and if you want me to execute specific changes, you can hire me for that separately. But mostly, I’m your second opinion.

Do you take over account management if I hire you?

Only if we both agree it makes sense. I can audit and advise without touching your account. Or, if your current setup is broken, I might recommend taking over campaign management for a few months to fix things, then handing back to you or your agency.

How much does a consultation cost?
