Pricing and how this works

Most engagements start at from £300/month for ongoing advisory. For isolated audits or strategy sprints, I quote per project. My sister agency Growth PPC scales to £20M+ managed, so I have deep experience calibrating engagements from fractional (a few hours per month) to intensive (weekly strategy sessions). We’ll chat about what you actually need, and I’ll quote fairly.

No contracts. No notice periods. If it’s not working, you can walk. That said, most advisory relationships stick around because the advice pays for itself within the first month.

A typical advisory engagement

  1. Initial callYou describe your current setup, team, and goals. I ask hard questions about performance and strategy.
  2. Audit (often free)I review your account, conversion tracking, and campaign structure. Usually 2-4 hours of work.
  3. Findings callI walk you through what I found: the wins to protect, the gaps to fill, the wasted spend to cut.
  4. Engagement termsWe agree on frequency (monthly reviews, quarterly strategy, ad hoc calls) and fee. Simple.

Frequently asked questions

Why would I hire you if I already have someone running ads?

Because you want a senior opinion. Most in-house and agency teams are good enough, but good enough leaves 20-30% of budget on the table. I find that waste and fix it. Also gives you someone to call if things go sideways.

Will you criticise my current team?

Only if it’s fair. Most teams do at least one or two things well. I’ll be blunt about where they’re weak, but I frame it as ‘opportunity’ not ‘failure’. The goal is better performance, not blame.

How much will it cost?

Depends on scope. From £300/month for light advisory. Intensive strategy engagements or full audits are quoted per project—usually a few hundred to a few thousand depending on account complexity. We talk specifics on a call.

Do I need to share my Google Ads password with you?

No. I use a read-only Google account that you add as an account manager. You keep full control; I just have visibility. For deeper work (testing, optimisation), we grant me edit access, but you can revoke it anytime.
