How much money is your Google Ads wasting?

Most Oxford businesses don’t know. They run Google Ads for months, assume it’s fine, and never look under the hood. Then a client mentions they clicked the same ad three times, or you realise your “conversions” are form submissions from bots, or you discover you’re bidding on the same keywords as your in-house team. The damage compounds quietly.

A Google Ads audit finds the leak. I spend 4-8 hours in your account, checking every setting, every keyword, every conversion pixel, every audience. I measure the gap between what you’re paying and what you’re getting. Then I give you a clear report: here’s what’s working, here’s what’s broken, and here’s what it’ll cost to fix.

What I audit

Honest. No sales pitch.

If your Google Ads are actually fine, I’ll tell you. Not every business needs ongoing management. Some benefit from one good audit and that’s it. I’m not here to sign you up for something you don’t need. I’m here to tell you the truth.

What you get

A written report, typically 10-20 pages, with findings in four buckets: what’s working (keep doing this), quick wins (easy fixes that move the needle), strategic gaps (bigger changes needed), and wasted spend (where your money is leaking).

Each finding includes a specific recommendation and (where relevant) an estimated impact. You’ll know exactly what needs to change and why. Then you can decide: implement it yourself, hire someone, or ask me to handle the fixes.

Frequently asked questions

How much does an audit cost?

Depends on account complexity. Simple accounts (1-5 campaigns, straightforward conversion tracking): a few hundred pounds. Complex accounts (50+ ad groups, multiple conversion events, intricate audience targeting): higher. I quote per account after an initial call.

What if the audit finds huge problems?

Then you’ll know exactly what’s broken and how to fix it. You can hire someone to implement, do it yourself, or ask me to take over ongoing management. No pressure either way.

Can I get a sample audit report?

Not a real one (client confidentiality). But I’ll describe the format on a call: findings grouped by priority, specific recommendations, estimated impact, and actionable next steps. No jargon, no BS.

Is an audit right for Oxford businesses?

Yes. I’ve audited accounts for Oxford-based and Oxford-targeting businesses across ecommerce, home services, and professional services. Every market has the same tracking and strategy gaps. The audit surfaces them.

Do I need to hire you after the audit?

No. The audit is standalone. You get a report; you decide what to do with it. Many clients implement the findings themselves. Some come back later asking for ongoing management. Both are fine.

How long does the audit take?

4-8 hours of my time, spread over 1-2 weeks depending on account size and complexity. You get a full written report plus a debrief call. Turnaround is usually 2-3 weeks from booking to final report.
