An agency takes full control and charges you for every decision. A consultant gives you insight and lets you decide. I tell you what I’d do, but you’re in charge. That’s worth paying for if you’ve got a team that can execute.

How it works

We start with a call. You tell me what’s going on — what’s working, what isn’t, where you’re stuck. I ask questions most people skip. Then I tell you what I see and what I’d recommend.

If you want to go further, we agree on a scope. Could be a one-off audit (quote on a call), quarterly strategy sessions (from £300/month), or fractional management of a specific campaign area.

I’m UK-wide and remote. I advise ecommerce, home services, trades, and SaaS businesses everywhere. Being local isn’t necessary.

How much does a consultation cost?

The first call is free. After that, pricing depends on the scope. A one-off audit, strategy call, or fractional engagement all vary. We quote on discovery.

What's your pricing model?

I charge a fixed fee for audits or strategy calls, or from £300/month for ongoing fractional work. No percentage of ad spend.

Can I work with you alongside my existing agency?

Yes. Many clients bring me in for second opinions or specific advice while their current agency runs day-to-day work.

How detailed is a typical audit?

Very detailed. I review account structure, keyword strategy, bidding, ad copy, landing pages, conversion tracking, and competition. I find the biggest profit leaks.

What if I need more than consulting?

If you want ongoing hands-on management instead, I offer that too. We’d shift to a management engagement. Just let me know.
