What You're Probably Missing

Most Google Ads accounts leak money in five places: broken keyword targeting (too broad, wrong match types), wasteful audiences, poor negative keywords (letting competitors’ branded terms trigger your ads), weak or duplicated ad copy, and tracking that’s incomplete or flat-out broken.

You might not see it because Google’s dashboard shows you clicks, impressions, and conversions—but not what you *could* have had. An audit finds the gaps.

We Audit

Battle & East Sussex Pricing Reality

Google Ads in this region runs at London-level CPCs. That means every pound of wasted spend is amplified. An audit often uncovers 15–30% of spend that isn’t contributing to conversions. Even a 10% improvement is real money back in your pocket.

The Audit Process

You give me access to your Google Ads account and your conversion tracking setup (GA4, Tag Manager, etc.). I spend time reviewing structure, keywords, targeting, copy, and conversion data. Then I write a detailed report: what’s working, what’s wasting money, and a prioritised list of fixes.

The report is yours to action, or you can hire me to implement. No pressure either way. You get findings and clarity—that’s the whole point.

Timeline

  1. You Grant AccessRead-only access to Google Ads, Analytics (GA4 or UA), and Tag Manager. Takes 10 minutes to set up.
  2. Audit ReviewI review account structure, settings, targeting, copy, and tracking. Usually 3–5 hours of detailed work.
  3. Findings ReportA written report with screenshots, metrics, and a prioritised roadmap of what to fix first.
  4. Debrief Call30–45 minutes walking through findings, answering your questions, discussing implementation options.

Frequently asked questions

How much does an audit cost?

Depends on account size and complexity. I’ll quote after a brief conversation about your ad spend, campaign count, and tracking setup. Usually a few hundred pounds for a thorough dive.

What if you don't find major issues?

Then I’ll tell you that too. Sometimes accounts are set up well; they just need tweaking. An honest audit tells you whether problems exist, not whether I can sell you something.

Do I have to hire you to implement the findings?

No. The report is yours. You can action it yourself, hire your current team to execute, or hire me. Your choice.

How long does an audit take?

Usually 1–2 weeks from access grant to report delivery. I’ll give you a timeline upfront.

Is this just a sales pitch to lock me into a management contract?

No. It’s a diagnostic. My only goal is giving you honest findings so you can make better decisions. If you want ongoing management after, we’ll talk about it—but no obligation.

We're a Battle-based business—can you audit our local ad performance?

Yes. I can look at geographic targeting, cost-per-conversion by region, and whether you’re allocating budget efficiently across East Sussex and beyond. The audit covers your entire setup.
