Spot wasted ad spend in one detailed audit

Most Google Ads accounts leak budget somewhere. Keyword overlap, bad bid strategy, broken tracking, outdated negatives, underperforming audiences—these gaps are invisible until someone looks hard. That’s what a PPC audit does.

I’ve audited dozens of accounts over 12 years. Typical findings: 20–40% of spend going to low-intent keywords, tracking broken in ways that hide true ROI, bid strategies misaligned with business goals. A good audit pays for itself by identifying what to pause or fix first.

What gets audited

Honest findings, no upsell

You get a detailed report: what’s working, what’s broken, and a prioritised roadmap to fix it. If your ads are running fine, I’ll say that. I don’t upsell; I tell you what you need to know and let you decide what to do next.

The audit includes

A comprehensive written report (typically 10–15 pages) covering all the above, with specific findings, recommended fixes, and priority tiers (fix immediately, tackle this month, explore for Q2). Plus a call to walk through results, answer questions, and discuss next steps if you want help implementing changes.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a PPC audit cost?

Quote after we talk. It depends on account size and complexity. Book a call and I’ll give you a ballpark.

Do you audit accounts in Brixham and Devon?

Yes, anywhere in the UK. I work remote. The only thing that matters is that you give me access to your Google Ads and conversion data.

What if I don't like your findings?

That’s fine. You get the report regardless. If something doesn’t make sense, we can dig deeper on the debrief call. But I call it straight—if there’s waste, I’ll show it.

Can I pay you to fix everything you find?

Yes. After the audit, if you want me to implement the recommendations, we can move to full management (from £300/month). Or you can handle it yourself; the report and call give you everything you need.

How long does a typical audit take?

Scope-to-report is usually 1–2 weeks, depending on complexity and my calendar. Simple accounts are faster; complex ones with lots of campaigns take longer.

What happens to my data after the audit?

It’s yours. I delete my copies. You keep the report and recommendations forever. No lock-in, no ongoing obligation.
