Second opinion on your Google Ads. Strategy, audits, fixes—without taking over. Fractional advisory for Norfolk teams.
Book a consultationYou’ve already got someone running your ads. Maybe it’s in-house, maybe it’s an agency. But something’s off: your ROAS has flatlined, your account feels disorganized, or you just want to know if you’re being ripped off.
That’s where I come in. I don’t replace your current setup. I audit it, find the gaps, and tell you what’s broken — or what’s working and shouldn’t change.
We start with a call. You tell me what’s frustrating you, what you want to grow, and what your current ad person or agency is doing. Then I dive into your Google Ads account, tracking setup, and landing pages.
After that: honest report. What’s working, what’s wasteful, what’s missing. We discuss fixes. If you want ongoing advice, we can arrange that at a rate we agree on the call.
Sometimes the answer is ‘your current person is doing fine.’ Sometimes it’s ‘you’re throwing 30% of budget away on bad keywords.’ I don’t care which — I tell you what I find.
Whether you’re in Beeston itself or running a team across Norfolk, I work remote. Video calls, async reports, whatever fits your rhythm.
Either. A one-off audit runs to a fixed scope — I audit, report, done. Ongoing consulting is month-to-month fractional work: strategy reviews, ad approvals, performance analysis. We agree pricing on the call.
No. I’m a second opinion and strategic advisor. If it turns out they’re doing great work, I tell you that. If it turns out they’re not, we can talk about whether you want me to take over — but that’s a separate conversation.
It depends. A single strategy session might be one rate; ongoing fractional advisory another. From £300/month is the anchor for full management, but consulting is more flexible. Call and I’ll quote what makes sense for what you need.
Both. I’ve worked with in-house PPC managers who wanted strategic input, and business owners who wanted an expert to reality-check their agency. Location and team size don’t matter — competence does.
Depends on account complexity. A small ecommerce site might take 2–3 hours; a complex multi-product setup might take 5–6. I’ll give you a time estimate on the call, and we’ll agree before I start.
Yes. Size and scope don’t matter. If you’re serious about your ads and want expert strategic input, I can help.
Bring your account questions, your frustrations, your goals. I'll listen, audit if needed, and give you an honest answer about what's next.
