If your ads are working well, I’ll tell you that. If the real problem is tracking (not the ads), we’ll tackle that together. If you don’t need ongoing support, I’ll say so. No incentive to oversell or drag things out.

Pricing for advisory work

Consulting starts at £300/month for structured support (monthly strategy sessions + async advice). Hourly rates available for one-off sessions. We’ll scope exactly what you need and build a plan that fits your business.

Agencies manage many clients; you might not get senior eyes regularly. A consultant is your dedicated strategic partner — someone who knows your business deeply and thinks about the bigger picture.

How is consulting different from full management?

With consulting, you (or your team) stay hands-on. I advise, strategise, and help you make decisions. With management, we handle the day-to-day work. Different needs, different models.

What's the time commitment on your end?

Depends on the scope. Monthly consulting with quarterly strategy reviews is roughly 4–8 hours per month. Audit-only work is a one-time engagement. We’ll agree upfront.

Can you work alongside my current agency?

Yes. I can sit between you and your agency, helping you understand recommendations and make strategic calls. Some clients use me as a neutral advisor.

What if we decide I should just manage the account instead?

That’s fine. We can pivot to full management (from £300/month) or hand off cleanly. Consulting is a low-commitment way to test the working relationship.
