You book a consultation (no minimum commitment). We discuss your goals, current performance, and specific challenges. I’ll review your account data, ask questions, and give you actionable recommendations. Sometimes that’s a single call and a follow-up email. Sometimes it’s a series of sessions as we work through a bigger strategy. Pricing starts from £300/month, though most consultations are quoted individually depending on scope and depth needed. We’ll discuss that on the call.

Honestly. If your campaigns are performing well and your team is on top of it, I’ll say so. If you need full agency management (done-for-you), not consulting, I’ll point you that way instead. My job is to be useful, not to sell something you don’t need.

12 years in Google Ads. £2M+ in direct spend managed. Google Partner and Microsoft Ads certified. Is a consultation the same as hiring an agency?

No. An agency runs your campaigns end-to-end, makes decisions daily, sends monthly reports. A consultant gives you strategy and guidance — you or your team implement. Consulting is better if you want control; agency is better if you want hands off.

What should I prepare for the consultation?

Access to your Google Ads account (read-only is fine). Last 3 months of performance data. Your business goals for the next quarter. Any conversion data or CRM metrics you track. That’s it — we’ll dig into the rest on the call.

Do you advise on Sidmouth and Devon market dynamics?

Yes. I work with businesses across the UK, including Sidmouth, Exeter, Exmouth, and the surrounding Devon area. I understand regional seasonal patterns, local competition, and how to target rural and coastal markets effectively.

Can you consult on channels beyond Google Ads?

Primarily Google Ads. Microsoft Ads is secondary (I’m certified). For Facebook, TikTok, SEO, or other channels, I’d refer you to a specialist.

How long is a typical consultation?

Initial call is 30–60 minutes. Depends on complexity. Account reviews often need 1–2 hours. Strategic planning for a new campaign can span 2–3 sessions. We’ll define scope on the intro call.

What if I want to move to full agency management later?

Great. We can transition. If you started as a consulting client and your needs grow, we can discuss taking over account management at that point.
