Senior-led PPC management, not a junior on rotation

Most agencies hand your account to a graduate six months into the job. That’s not how this works. I’m Stevie Morris — I manage your Google Ads directly, with 12 years of hands-on experience and over £2M in ad spend managed personally.

Through my sister agency Growth PPC, we’ve managed over £20M at scale, hitting a peak ROAS of 20.8x on ecommerce campaigns. That depth of experience comes with every client, whether you’re spending £500/month or £50,000/month.

What ongoing management includes

Honest enough to tell you your ads are fine

If your campaigns are already performing well, I’ll say so. I’m not here to manufacture problems or keep you dependent on management fees you don’t need. Some Leicestershire businesses I speak to just need a one-off audit, not a retainer. I’ll always tell you which.

Who this works for

I specialise in two areas: ecommerce and D2C brands running Google Shopping and Performance Max, and home services or trades businesses running local search campaigns. If you’re a Leicestershire business in either of those spaces and your Google Ads aren’t pulling their weight, that’s exactly the situation I’m built for.

I also work with businesses across neighbouring counties — Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Staffordshire, West Midlands, Bedfordshire — so if you’re in the broader East Midlands region, this applies to you too.

How we get started

  1. Free strategy callWe talk through your current setup, what’s working, what isn’t, and whether ongoing management is the right fit. No pitch, no pressure.
  2. Account reviewI look at your existing campaigns, tracking setup, and spend history before quoting. I don’t price blind.
  3. Management beginsOnce we agree on scope, I take ownership of the account. You get direct access to me — not a contact form and a support ticket.

Transparent pricing — no markups, no mystery

Management starts from £300/month. That covers accounts spending up to £3,000/month on ads. Above that, the fee is 10% of your ad spend — so £4,500/month ad spend is £450/month in management fees. Ad spend goes directly to Google; I never touch it or add a markup.

There are no hidden setup fees buried in the small print. If your needs are more complex, I’ll tell you that on the call and quote accordingly.

Frequently asked questions

Do you work with businesses based in Leicester city, or only the wider county?

Both. I work with businesses across Leicestershire — from Leicester city centre to market towns and rural areas throughout the county. Everything is managed remotely, so location within the county makes no difference to the service.

What's the minimum budget you'll work with?

The management fee starts from £300/month. I don’t have a minimum ad spend requirement, but I’ll be honest with you on the call if I think your budget is too low to get meaningful results from Google Ads — because some budgets genuinely are.

How is this different from a traditional PPC agency?

At a traditional agency, your account is often managed by a junior who’s also juggling 30 other accounts. Here, I manage your account personally. You speak to the person doing the work, not a project manager relaying messages.

Do you specialise in any particular industries?

Yes — ecommerce and D2C brands, and home services or trades businesses. These are the areas where I have the deepest experience. If you’re outside those niches, I’ll tell you honestly whether I’m the right fit.

What does the pricing model look like above £3,000/month ad spend?

Above £3,000/month in ad spend, the fee moves to 10% of ad spend. So if you’re spending £6,000/month on Google Ads, the management fee is £600/month. Ad spend is paid directly to Google — I don’t handle it or mark it up.
