An audit is a fixed-scope piece of work. You get a clear written report with findings and prioritised recommendations. I don’t use audits as a way to manufacture reasons to take over your account — some accounts I audit genuinely don’t need ongoing management, just a few specific fixes. I’ll tell you which category yours falls into.

  3. Audit and written reportI work through the account systematically and produce a written report with findings, what they mean for your performance, and a prioritised list of what to fix.
  4. Debrief callWe walk through the findings together so you understand what the report is saying and can ask questions. You leave with a clear action list — whoever carries it out.

Pricing

Audit pricing depends on the size and complexity of the account. I don’t publish a fixed rate because a small local search campaign and a multi-campaign Performance Max setup require meaningfully different amounts of time. Frequently asked questions

Will you try to sell me ongoing management after the audit?

No. If you ask me whether ongoing management would help, I’ll give you an honest answer. But the audit is a standalone piece of work, and I’ll never manufacture a case for a retainer that isn’t genuinely justified by the findings.

How do I give you access to my Google Ads account?

You add me as a user with read-only access through Google Ads account settings. I don’t need admin access, billing access, or the ability to make changes. I’ll walk you through how to do it if needed.

Can you audit a Leicestershire account that's managed by an agency?

Yes. This is a common situation. You get an independent view of whether what your agency is doing is actually sound. The report is yours — what you do with it is up to you.

What if the audit finds nothing major wrong?

Then I’ll tell you that. An honest audit sometimes concludes that the account is in reasonable shape and the issue is elsewhere — budget, landing page, offer, or market. I’d rather tell you that than invent problems.

Do you audit Performance Max campaigns?

Yes. PMax audits are increasingly common given how widely they’ve been adopted. They require a different approach to traditional search audits, but reviewing asset group quality, audience signals, conversion tracking, and campaign segmentation is well within scope.
