If I review your account and the ads are genuinely well-run, I’ll tell you that. I’m not going to invent problems to win a management fee. Some businesses are better served by a one-off audit than ongoing management — I’ll say so if that’s the case.

Transparent pricing with no ad spend markup

My management fee starts at £300/month, which covers up to £3,000/month in ad spend. Above that, the fee is 10% of your monthly ad spend — so if you’re spending £4,500/month, the management fee is £450/month.

Your ad spend is paid directly to Google. I never hold the budget or add a markup on top. You can see exactly what you’re spending on ads versus what you’re spending on management.

  2. Account reviewIf you have an existing account, I’ll review the structure, tracking, and recent performance before we agree on a direction.
  3. Campaign build or restructureWhether starting fresh or rebuilding what’s there, I set up campaigns that reflect how your customers actually search — not how you imagine they do.
  4. Ongoing management and reportingMonthly management with a regular reporting cadence. You’ll know what’s working, what isn’t, and what I’m doing about it.

Will I be dealing with you directly, or will my account be handed off?

You deal directly with me. I don’t have a team of account managers who take over once you’re signed up. I’m the person who builds, runs, and reports on your campaigns.

Do you manage Google Shopping and Performance Max, or just search?

I manage the full Google Ads stack — search, Shopping, Performance Max, and Display where it makes sense. For ecommerce clients in particular, getting Shopping and PMax set up correctly is often where the biggest gains are.

What if my ads are already performing well?

Then I’ll tell you. I’d rather lose a potential client than take a management fee for work that isn’t adding value. If your account is well-structured and tracking is clean, a light-touch audit or occasional review might be more appropriate than full management.
