How It Works

You share your account, I audit it, and I give you a report: what’s working, what’s not, and a prioritised list of changes. Then we can do a follow-up call to dive deeper, or you can hand the report to your team and run with it. Some clients book me monthly for ongoing strategic oversight; others do one-off engagements as needed.

The Process

  1. Initial CallYou describe the situation, the current spend, and what’s frustrating you. I ask probing questions.
  2. Account AccessYou give me read-only access to your Google Ads account (and analytics, if helpful).
  3. Deep AuditI review campaigns, audiences, keywords, ad copy, landing pages, and tracking. I look for waste, missed opportunities, and strategic misalignment.
  4. Strategy Call & ReportI present findings and recommendations. You decide what to action and when.

Do I have to switch away from my current agency?

No. I’m a second opinion and fractional advisor. Some clients bring me in to review quarterly; others use me to pressure-test big strategic decisions. You stay with your current provider and decide what changes to make.

What does consulting cost?

Pricing depends on scope — a one-off account review, a monthly retainer, or a project-based engagement. I’ll quote after our initial call when I understand what you need.

Can you help if we're in Trowbridge but selling nationally?

Absolutely. Geographic targeting and geo-strategy work the same whether you’re selling to Trowbridge, Wiltshire, the UK, or internationally. I’ll tailor the advice to your audience.

How long does a typical audit take?

Depends on account size and complexity. Small accounts (1–5 campaigns): 3–5 hours. Medium (5–15): 8–12 hours. Large (15+): we’ll scope it together.

Can you help me hire or train a team?

Not directly, but I can help you brief a new hire or set standards for what good performance looks like. I can also review the work of a newly hired PPC manager as they ramp.

What if I need tactical help, not strategy?

I focus on strategy and systems. If you need someone to write ad copy or manage keywords week-to-week, that’s the done-for-you management service, not consulting.
