Yes — that’s often exactly when it’s most useful. If you’re unsure whether your agency is doing a good job, or you want senior input without the disruption of switching, a consultant can give you clarity without conflict of interest.

Can you work with my in-house team rather than replacing them?

Absolutely. Fractional consultancy means I work alongside your team — reviewing their work, helping with strategy, and raising standards — without taking over day-to-day management.

Yes. I work with businesses across Wiltshire and the surrounding region, including those in Swindon, Salisbury, and Chippenham, as well as companies operating nationally. All consultancy is delivered remotely.
