Diagnostic audit of your Google Ads account. We find wasted spend, tracking problems, and structural issues. Fixed scope, no obligation. Quote on a call.
Request a PPC auditYour Google Ads account is probably wasting money. Not because your agency or team is incompetent — because Google’s interface makes it easy to miss things. Duplicate keywords, wrong match types, orphaned audiences, tracking that fired once and stopped. You won’t see any of that in your dashboard.
I run an audit to find exactly where the waste is. Not a sales pitch, not a list of shiny new features. Just: here’s £500 a week you’re throwing away, here’s why, and here’s how to fix it.
A written report (usually 8–12 pages) with:
Executive summary: Top 3–5 problems ranked by impact. How much you’re losing to each one.
Deep dives: For each major finding — duplicates, tracking gaps, structural issues — I explain what’s happening and why it matters. Screenshots, data, specifics.
Recommendations: How to fix each problem. Some are quick wins (kill these keywords, fix this tag). Others are bigger decisions (restructure campaigns, switch bid strategies).
Nothing’s mandatory. This is your audit. You decide what to fix and when. I’m giving you the information; you own the next steps.
This is a diagnostic service, not a sales funnel. You get the audit, you get recommendations. If you want me to implement them, great — we can discuss ongoing management or fractional consulting. If you want to handle it yourself or give it to your current team, that’s fine too. The audit stands alone.
If you’ve been running Google Ads for 6+ months and haven’t had a third-party review, you need an audit. Specifically if:
Your ROAS is flat or declining and you don’t know why. Your ad spend is growing but results aren’t keeping pace. You switched to a new account manager or agency and want to know if they’ve changed course. You suspect you’re wasting money but can’t pinpoint where. You want to get serious about Google Ads but don’t know the baseline.
If you’ve been running ads for 2–3 months and haven’t optimised yet, an audit is premature. Give it time to gather data first.
Yes. I audit accounts for UK businesses anywhere. If you’re in Darlington, Newton Aycliffe, Yarm, or anywhere else in County Durham, I can review your account remotely.
It depends on account complexity — number of campaigns, keywords, conversion events, and how deep the problems are. I quote after a 15-minute call. Expect somewhere in the low hundreds of pounds, not thousands.
From your request to final report: usually 7–10 working days. The actual review is 3–5 days; the rest is writing and scheduling the debrief call.
That’s possible. You pay for the audit regardless. But if everything is solid, I’ll tell you what you’re doing right and what to watch for as you scale. An audit that says ‘you’re fine’ is actually valuable — you know you don’t need to fix anything.
I can, but that’s separate from the audit. The audit is diagnostic. If you want me to implement the recommendations — fixing keywords, restructuring campaigns, setting up tracking — we’ll quote for that work separately. It could be a one-time project or an ongoing engagement.
Some won’t. In that case, they’re more worried about losing you than helping you improve. That alone is a red flag. If you can get screenshots and reports, I can do a partial audit, but I’ll be limited.
Request an audit. We'll schedule a 15-minute call to discuss your situation and what you're hoping to find. Then I'll give you a quote.
