What's broken in your Google Ads?

Most accounts have 20–40% wasted spend. Wrong keywords. Bad bid settings. Broken landing pages. Poor match types. Leaking budget to bottom-funnel keywords that should never convert.

An audit finds all of it — and more importantly, what to fix first.

What an audit covers

What you get

A written report with a score (out of 100), specific findings ranked by cost impact, and a prioritised action list. No fluff. Just what’s broken and how to fix it.

Why audits matter

Most PPC failures aren’t about budget — they’re about setup. I’ve seen accounts burning £2,000/month on campaigns that should’ve been paused a year ago.

One audit often saves 3–6 months of waste. And if you decide to move to management after, you’ll know exactly what needs fixing.

How the audit works

  1. Request and accessYou fill out a brief form about your business and goals. I get read-only access to your Google Ads and Google Analytics.
  2. Analysis (5–7 business days)I review the full account — keywords, ads, landing pages, tracking, competitor landscape, historical performance.
  3. Report deliveryYou get a written report with findings scored by impact, plus a prioritised fix list.
  4. Optional: Action planIf you want help implementing, I can quote a one-off project or ongoing management.

Frequently asked questions

How much does an audit cost?

Price depends on account size and complexity. Small accounts (under £500/month spend) typically cost £500–£800. Larger accounts cost more. I’ll quote after our initial call.

Do you audit for agencies in Honiton and Devon?

Yes. I audit accounts for business owners and for agencies that want a second opinion on their own work. Scope is the same.

How long does it take?

5–7 business days from access to report delivery. Larger or more complex accounts may take longer.

Will you implement the fixes?

Not as part of the audit. The audit is diagnostic only. If you want me to fix things, that’s a separate project I’ll quote.

What if my account is really small?

Still worth auditing if you’re running significant spend and concerned about waste. Call me on 07410 907 104 to discuss — I can tell you quickly whether an audit makes sense.

Can I keep my current agency after an audit?

Of course. Some clients do the audit, share findings with their current agency, and stay put. Others use it as leverage to negotiate better service. It’s entirely your call.
