What's hiding in your Google Ads account?

Most accounts leak money. Not always because of bad strategy — often because small technical gaps add up. A mismatch in tracking. Negative keywords that should have been there 6 months ago. Bid settings that don’t match your margin. Audience overlaps wasting budget. Ads running to the wrong landing pages. None of these are catastrophic alone. Together, they’re thousands of pounds in lost revenue. You can’t see it day-to-day. You need someone to look from the outside.

What the audit covers

How the audit works

  1. You grant accessShare read-only access to your Google Ads account. That’s all I need.
  2. I analyseI spend 4–6 hours (or more for larger accounts) digging through campaigns, keywords, conversions, and performance data.
  3. I deliver a reportYou get a detailed written report highlighting problems, missed opportunities, and specific recommendations.
  4. We discuss findingsOptional: join a call where I walk you through the report and we talk about next steps.

No obligation. No follow-up selling.

The audit is standalone. You get the report, you act on it or you don’t. I’m not using it to pitch you into a 12-month management contract. You own the findings. Do what makes sense for your business.

What happens after the audit?

That’s up to you. Some clients take the report, implement the changes themselves, and never need anything else. Others say, ‘This is too much for us to fix—can you take over?’ and bring me on as a management client. Some run the changes, hit a new plateau, and come back in 6 months for another audit. All of those are fine. I’m here to give you the clarity you need to make the next decision.

Frequently asked questions

What's included in the audit?

A full review of your account: campaigns, keywords, bidding, conversions, ad copy, negative keywords, budget allocation, and performance trends. You’ll get a written report with findings and specific recommendations. Optional: a discussion call to walk through the findings.

How long does a Google Ads audit take?

For a typical ecommerce or services account, 4–6 hours of analysis. Larger accounts with 20+ campaigns or complex conversion tracking might take 8–10 hours. I’ll scope it upfront so you know what you’re paying for.

Will I have to make all the changes?

No. The report is yours. I’ll flag the high-priority fixes (the ones saving you the most money) and the quick wins (easy changes with big impact). You decide which matter to your business.

Can you audit a Google Ads account based in Gwent or Newport?

Yes. I audit accounts across the UK. Location doesn’t matter—I just need read-only access to your Google Ads account.

What happens after the audit report?

You own the findings. You can implement changes yourself, hire someone to do them, or ask me to manage the account going forward. Some clients do one audit and leave it at that. Some bring me on for ongoing management. Some do audits every 6–12 months to check progress. It’s all optional.

How much does a PPC audit cost?

Pricing depends on account size and complexity. I’ll give you a fixed quote based on the scope after we discuss your account. For a typical audit, expect to talk in terms of several hundred pounds. Book a call to discuss.
