What's the pricing for consulting?

Pricing depends on scope. A one-off audit costs differently than ongoing advisory. From £300/month is my anchor, but we’ll quote based on what you actually need. Book a call to discuss.

Can you do just an audit?

Absolutely. If you want a fixed-scope diagnostic that identifies waste, tracking gaps, and structural issues without any ongoing commitment, that’s the audit service. Same starting point — request one and we’ll scope it.

What if my team is doing fine?

Then we’ll tell you that too. Not every client needs help. If they do, we’ll be honest about where the biggest leverage is.

Do you specialise in specific industries?
