Not everything needs fixing. If your Google Ads are solid and your conversion rate is healthy, I’ll tell you that too. Doesn’t mean there’s zero room to improve, but I won’t manufacture problems to justify a contract.
You don’t need a full-time PPC manager unless you’re spending £20,000+ per month. Below that, fractional strategy makes more sense: pay for senior input when you need it, keep most of the work in-house or with your current agency. I’ve got 12 years in Google Ads and £2M+ direct spend under my belt. You get that for a few hours a month instead of a full-time salary.
I’m not here to upsell you into ongoing management. If fractional consulting is what you need, that’s what you get. If we find that you actually do need hands-on management and you want to hire me for that, brilliant—we’ll talk pricing. But consulting recommendations stay separate from a sales push.
Consulting: you (or your team or agency) run day-to-day. I give strategic input, spot problems, recommend changes. Management: I do the work—optimisation, testing, reporting. Most businesses need both at some point; consulting gets you unstuck faster and costs less.
Absolutely. I work remote across the UK. Doesn’t matter if you’re in Horncastle, Spilsby, or Lincoln—time zone and location aren’t factors.
Yes. I’ll audit your account against best practice, check if they’re testing new keywords, review their bid strategy, look at conversion tracking. I’ll be blunt: are they earning their fee? Sometimes the answer is yes and we just refine the strategy together. Sometimes it’s no.
Pricing depends on scope. A one-off 2-hour audit is quoted separately. Ongoing monthly or quarterly strategy typically starts from £300/month, but I’ll give you a proper quote on a call based on the work involved.
