When to use consulting instead of full management

Consulting makes sense if you want to stay hands-on, or you have a small budget and can’t yet justify full-time management. It’s also ideal if you’re already working with an agency but want an independent second opinion. If you want to delegate the whole thing and just see results, full-on agency management is probably the better fit.

Pricing depends on account complexity and scope. We discuss that on a call and I’ll give you a quote tailored to your situation.

Can I implement the recommendations myself?

Absolutely. The whole point is to give you a roadmap you can action yourself. Whether you implement or hire someone else is up to you.

Do you offer ongoing consulting?

Yes. Some clients book quarterly reviews — I audit, we discuss, I give recommendations. That’s less expensive than full management but keeps you accountable.

What if I'm in St Helens or nearby — do you do local meetings?

I work remote across the UK, so most consultations are via phone or video. We can arrange a face-to-face call if that makes sense, but it’s not necessary.

Can you guarantee results?

No. I can guarantee rigorous analysis and honest recommendations. Results depend on your business model, budget, and how well you implement the changes.

What if I discover my agency is doing fine after all?

That’s a good outcome. You get peace of mind. But if I find problems, at least now you know and can fix them.
