Most Whitstable ads are bleeding money

You’ve been running Google Ads for a few months. Or a few years. You’re getting leads or sales, so it’s working. But you suspect you’re overpaying, or the math isn’t adding up, or you’re not even sure what’s converting.

The audit is a snapshot. I go through your account, account structure, keywords, ad copy, bid strategy, conversion tracking, and audience setup. I find the waste — unnecessary keywords, wrong match types, tracking misalignment, bid inefficiency. Then I tell you what to fix and why.

What the audit covers

Fixed scope. Fixed honesty.

The audit is one-off work. You get a clear report. I don’t have a stake in selling you ongoing management — though I’ll be honest if that’s what you need. If your ads are fine, I’ll say so. If you’re 5% away from being efficient, I’ll tell you that too.

Who should audit

Businesses that have been running ads but have never had a senior review. Teams that switched account managers and want to know if the new person’s strategy makes sense. Whitstable, Faversham, Ashford, or Kent businesses trying to optimize spend in a high-CPC market.

How an audit works

  1. Export your account dataYou download your account structure, campaigns, keywords, performance. Takes 20 minutes; I walk you through it.
  2. I review end-to-endKeyword efficiency, tracking gaps, bid strategy, ad copy, seasonal patterns. I look for the money leaks.
  3. You get a reportClear findings. What’s working. What’s not. What to fix first. Estimated impact of each fix.
  4. Optional: follow-up callWalk through the report, answer questions, discuss priorities. Or you can run with it solo.

Why an audit saves money

Most accounts have 10–30% waste before optimization. Wrong keywords, high-cost keywords that don’t convert, bidding on competitor brand terms, poor landing page tracking — these are common. An audit finds them. Even if you fix 5–10% waste, the audit pays for itself in the first month.

Frequently asked questions

How much does an audit cost?

Pricing depends on account complexity and history. Call for a quote. Most audits are in the £400–£800 range, but we’ll agree before starting.

Do I have to give you access to my account?

No. You can download your data and send it to me, or give me view-only access. Your security is yours to control.

What if the audit finds nothing wrong?

Then your account is running clean. I’ll still tell you where there’s room to grow or test, but if it’s fine, I won’t overstate problems.

Can you do an audit on ads we're about to launch?

Yes. Pre-launch audits are valuable — you catch bad structure or weak targeting before you spend. Call to discuss scope.

How long does an audit take?

Depends on account size. Small accounts (£1–3k/month spend): 4–6 hours. Larger accounts: 8–12 hours. You get the report within a week.

What happens after the audit?

You decide. Fix it yourself, hire someone, or call me for management. No pressure. The report is yours to act on.
