A diagnostic, not a pitch

An audit is simple: I review your Google Ads account, find what’s broken and what’s working, and tell you what to fix. No ‘and here’s my agency plan to fix it’. No retainer offer. You get a report; you decide what to do.

Most accounts I audit fall into one of two buckets: either they’re haemorrhaging money on bad structure and targeting, or they’re doing okay but leaving 20–30% on the table. Either way, a few hours of expert review usually pays for itself in the first month of corrections.

What gets audited

What you get: a fixed-scope audit, no obligation

I spend 6–8 hours in your account, then you get a written report with findings, priority ranking, and estimated impact of each fix. No pressure to hire me after. No sales call. Just the audit.

Why audit? You're already spending on ads.

Because bad structure silently kills profitability. You might be getting leads, but at 2x the cost you should be paying. Tracking gaps mean you’re flying blind on what actually converts. The audit surfaces that. Sometimes the fixes are simple — a few negative keywords, a bid adjustment, killing a money-losing campaign. Sometimes you need bigger changes. Either way, you’ll know.

Audit process

  1. AccessYou give me read-only access to your Google Ads account (and Google Analytics, if you have it).
  2. Dig inI spend 6–8 hours reviewing structure, strategy, performance, tracking. I build a spreadsheet of findings.
  3. Report and debriefYou get a written report ranked by priority and estimated impact. Optional call to walk through it.

Frequently asked questions

How much does an audit cost?

I’ll quote you based on account complexity. Book a call, describe the account, and I’ll give you a fixed price before I start.

What if the audit finds nothing wrong?

That happens. It’s rare, but if your account is genuinely well-structured and performing, I’ll tell you. You’ll at least have confidence you’re on the right track.

Do you need access to my website or CRM?

No. I work from Google Ads and Analytics. If there are tracking questions, I might ask to see your tags, but usually I can diagnose from the platform.

How long until I get the report?

Typically 5–7 days. I’ll give you a timeline when we agree to the scope.

Can I ask you to implement the recommendations?

You can, but that’s a separate engagement. Audit is diagnostic. Implementation would be a different scope and price. Let’s talk if you want that.

Are these recommendations specific to my business, or generic?

Specific. I’m reviewing your account, your keywords, your margins, your competition. The audit is tailored to you.

Ready to find out what's really happening with your ads?

An audit takes 6–8 hours and surfaces months' worth of optimisation opportunity. Let's find your waste and your upside.
