Will this replace my current agency or team?

No. We’re supplementary. You keep your current setup and I come in as an advisor or part-time manager for specific work. Some clients bring me in for 3 months to overhaul strategy, then go solo. Others use me ongoing for a second opinion.

What if my current team isn't happy with me getting outside help?

That’s a conversation to have with them first. Most professional teams welcome a second opinion and external knowledge. If they’re defensive, that might tell you something.
