When an agency reviews your account, they have a reason to find problems — it justifies their retainer. As an independent consultant, I have no incentive to tell you things are broken if they aren’t. Consultancy starts from £300/month as a pricing anchor, but the right format depends on what you need. A one-off strategy session is different from ongoing fractional support. What's the difference between a consultant and a full management service?

Full management means I run your campaigns — optimising, testing, and reporting on an ongoing basis. Consultancy is advisory: I help you or your team make better decisions about your Google Ads strategy, without taking over the execution.

My current agency says performance is fine. Why would I want a second opinion?

Because agencies report on the metrics they choose to highlight. An independent review looks at what they’re not showing you — wasted spend, tracking gaps, structural issues, missed opportunities. Sometimes the account really is fine. Sometimes it isn’t.

Can you work alongside our existing agency?

Yes. Fractional advisory support that sits alongside an existing agency or in-house team is a common setup. I’m not there to replace them — I’m there to raise the quality of strategic decisions being made.

Do you consult for businesses outside Shrewsbury — in rural Shropshire or bordering counties?
