Are You Throwing Money Away on Google Ads?

Most businesses are. Not intentionally. But without regular professional review, small problems compound: wrong keyword match types, landing pages that don’t align with ad copy, tracking gaps that hide where your conversions actually come from, audience settings that leak budget to irrelevant clicks.

You don’t need a long-term contract to find out. A good audit takes one professional review and delivers a clear list of what’s working, what’s wasted, and what to fix. I’m Stevie Morris, and I’ve audited hundreds of Google Ads accounts. This is a fixed-scope engagement: I review your account, I give you findings, and that’s it. No obligation to hire me after.

What Gets Audited

Campaign structure. Keyword strategy (match types, negative keywords, search term alignment). Ad copy and extensions. Landing page relevance. Audience targeting. Bid settings. Conversion tracking and data accuracy. Budget pacing. Any red flags that suggest wasted spend or missed opportunities.

Why Audit Now?

Redhill & Surrey: Why High CPCs Make Audits More Valuable

You’re in the London commuter belt. That means Google Ads CPCs here are high—often London-level competition for clicks. A 10% efficiency improvement in your campaign structure isn’t a nice-to-have, it’s margin. An audit usually pays for itself several times over if it catches even one major waste—wrong match types, bad keyword overlap, or broken tracking. In high-CPC markets like Redhill and Reigate, that ROI is even more dramatic.

The Audit Process

  1. Access & ReviewYou grant me read-only access to your Google Ads account. I spend time reviewing campaigns, keywords, ads, landing pages, and tracking setup.
  2. Detailed AnalysisI analyse data patterns, spot inefficiencies, check ad copy-to-landing page alignment, and validate conversion tracking.
  3. Findings ReportYou get a clear document: what’s working, what’s wasted, and ranked recommendations for improvement.
  4. Recommendations Call (Optional)If you want to discuss findings, ask questions, or get clarification, we can schedule a quick call. But it’s optional—the report speaks for itself.

What You'll Learn

Usually, one of three things happens. First: the audit confirms your ads are solid and you feel more confident in your current setup. Second: it finds quick wins (bad keyword match types, missing negatives, tracking gaps) that improve performance immediately. Third: it reveals systemic problems that need bigger changes—campaign restructure, new audience strategy, or different approach altogether. All three outcomes are useful. Most clients implement at least some recommendations within weeks.

Frequently asked questions

How long does an audit take?

Review typically takes 5–7 business days from the time you grant access. The report is detailed but digestible—usually 2,000–3,000 words with ranked recommendations.

What if I don't like what you find?

That’s fair. Some people don’t like hearing their ads have problems. But an honest assessment is the point. If you don’t act on findings, that’s entirely your choice.

Can I hire you for implementation after the audit?

Yes, if you want. But there’s no expectation. Some people take the findings and implement them themselves or with their existing team. Others want ongoing management. We can discuss it if you’re interested.

Do you look at tracking and conversion setup?

Yes. Tracking is often where the biggest gaps hide. If you’re not accurately measuring conversions, you’re flying blind on profitability.

Will you review specific campaigns or the whole account?

Full account review is standard. But if you want to focus on certain campaigns (e.g., just your ecommerce campaigns or just local service ads), I can scope it that way.

If I'm based in Redhill or Reigate, do you need local access?

No. I work entirely via Google Ads admin access and remote tools. I don’t need to be local. Though familiarity with the Redhill and Surrey market (high competition, high CPCs) means I know what to look for.
