How is this different from management?

Management means I run your account, make the daily changes, and optimise continuously. Consulting means you (or your team) do the work, and I advise on strategy and troubleshoot problems. Fractional is somewhere in between — ongoing but part-time.

Do I have to hire you ongoing, or is this a one-off?

Either. A single audit + strategy call is one-off. Fractional consulting is ongoing but much lighter than management. You choose based on what you need.

I have a junior managing our Google Ads. Can you advise us both?

What if I discover I need management, not consulting?

That’s fine. We’ll talk about the hand-off. If I’m already familiar with your account from consulting, moving to management is seamless.
