Yes. The first strategy call includes a preliminary look at your account. If I spot something alarming, I’ll tell you. If you want a full written audit before deciding, we can quote that separately—usually takes a couple of hours of focused review.

Easy. We’d shift the retainer over to the management model (from £300/month, plus 10% of spend above £3k/month). No drama, no renegotiation needed if you’re already a client.
