I’m Stevie Morris, a freelance Google Ads consultant with 12 years in PPC and over £2M in ad spend managed directly. When you work with me, I build your campaigns, I optimise them, and I’m the one you call when something needs explaining. There’s no account manager sitting between us.

Surrey sits in the London commuter belt, which means Google Ads CPCs here are at London-level competition. Trades and home services firms in Guildford, Woking, or Reigate are competing with slick London agencies who understand conversion — and under-optimised campaigns bleed budget fast. Transparent pricing with no hidden markups

My management fee starts from £300/month. That covers accounts spending up to £3,000/month on ads. Above that, the fee is 10% of your ad spend — so at £4,500/month in ad spend, the management fee is £450/month.

Your ad spend goes directly to Google. I don’t mark it up, I don’t hold the billing, and I don’t take a cut of what you spend. What you see is what it costs.

Do you work with businesses based anywhere in Surrey?

Yes. I work fully remotely and serve clients across Surrey — including Guildford, Woking, Reigate, Epsom, Farnham, and everywhere in between. Location doesn’t affect how I work.

What ad spend level is a good fit?

Most clients I work with are spending at least £1,000/month on ads, though the model works from lower budgets. If you’re early-stage and unsure, book a call and we’ll work out whether now is the right time.

Will I be dealing with you directly, or handed to a team?

Directly with me. I’m a freelance consultant — there’s no team to hand off to. You get my phone number and you talk to me.

Surrey CPCs are expensive — can Google Ads still be profitable here?

Often yes, but it takes more discipline than in cheaper markets. The London commuter belt CPCs mean every campaign decision matters more. Done well, Google Ads works very effectively for Surrey businesses. Done sloppily, it’s an expensive lesson.

What platforms do you manage?

Primarily Google Ads. I’m also Microsoft Ads certified and can run Bing campaigns where they make sense. Most budgets get the best return from Google first.
